A community gathering for our most vulnerable neighbours

As we head into the fall season – a time to ensure we are meeting the practical needs of our most vulnerable neighbours – Project Reconnect will once again bring together service providers offering medical care, ID replacement, haircuts, tax services and much more.

Each of the estimated 250+ attendees will also receive a hot meal and a care pack filled with essential items such as socks, gloves, personal hygiene products, and other necessities. We hope you can be part of this effort!
